Venue, Cost & What To Expect

Venue:

We can work together on a face-to-face basis in my consulting room in Frome, Somerset. Alternatively we can work on the telephone or by Skype or Zoom.

Practical details:

Usually we start with an introductory session, which may last for between 2 and 5 hours. An extended session like this enables you to explore your own archetypes, to become familiar with them, and to appreciate how they drive your thoughts, feelings and behaviours today.

Subsequent sessions can be any length from 1 to 3 hours, depending on what we agree as being most useful for you.

Cost:

I charge on a sliding scale, and I invite you to place yourself on the scale where you feel most comfortable at the present time according to your income and resources. This scale is between £60 and £120 per hour.

What To Expect:

Your first session can be profoundly revealing about the origins of unhelpful and limiting beliefs and behaviours that you wish to change. It’ll certainly show you the areas in which you are strong, and the areas that might need more work to bring them back into balance.

We will look at each of the areas of your personality  to discover how they interact and which of them are dominant or lacking in your life.

With my guidance and facilitation, you’ll be empowered to explore your unconscious limiting beliefs and unhelpful behaviour patterns.

You’ll explore and understand the ways of being and the emotions which no longer have a place in your life. We will begin to change these old patterns and beliefs as soon as we start working together, and explore more productive ways of being in the world.
